Lyrics

The Lyrics object is a creative object designed to dynamically add and customize lyrics within your effect. By integrating a scene object with the Lyrics component, it offers versatile options like text styling, dynamic text synchronization, and layered effects through various fill modes. This allows you to create engaging, text-driven visual impacts for your effects!

Add a Lyrics Object

To add a Lyrics object:

1. Go to the Hierarchy panel
2. Click + Add object
3. Go to 2D
4. Select Lyrics

The TikTok Sounds panel will appear, allowing you to choose from a library of songs that feature synced lyrics.

Use Lyrics

With the Lyrics object, you can tailor your text elements to achieve a variety of dynamic and stylish effects. Here are some examples of what you can do:

• Lyrics template: Choose from dynamic templates such as Word pop, Typewriter, Bounce, or Headline to give your lyrics a creative touch and sync them effortlessly with your audio
• Fill mode: Select from solid color, gradient, or texture fills, offering extensive creative options
• Layered effects: Apply different fill modes to specific text areas, such as the main body, stroke, shadow, and background for added depth
• Text alignment: Choose the horizontal and vertical position of your lyrics on the screen

Import a material from Asset Library and assign it as a fill texture for your Lyrics object!
